Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Suwamuu Tours! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost to confirm a reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date.
- Last-minute bookings (within 7 days of travel) require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- No refunds for unused services or no-shows.
3. Changes to Itineraries
- Suwamuu Tours reserves the right to alter tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns.
- Any changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
4. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.
5. Health & Safety
- Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements before booking.
- Suwamuu Tours is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the trip.
6. Responsibility & Liability
- Suwamuu Tours acts as an agent for transport, accommodation, and activity providers. While we take great care in selecting our partners, we are not responsible for any service failures or negligence by third parties.
- Travelers participate in tours at their own risk, and Suwamuu Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the trip.
7. Code of Conduct
- Clients are expected to follow local laws, respect cultures, and adhere to ethical tourism practices.
- Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the tour without refund.
8. Force Majeure
Suwamuu Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, strikes, or pandemics.
9. Complaints & Disputes
- If you have any concerns during your trip, please notify us immediately so we can resolve them.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.
